Imagen constantly updates and adds tools to help photographers boost their workflow. One of the latest additions is our collaboration with select photographers and preset-makers who can sell their Imagen AI Profiles to the world.

Imagen has created dedicated landing pages for each seller with information about their editing style. You can purchase the AI Profile, which lets you edit your photos in the styles of your favorite photographers. Sellers promote the sale of their AI profiles through their respective channels.

How is it different from the other AI profiles?

A purchased AI Profile works like a combination of a Personal AI Profile and a Talent AI Profile. Similar to a Talent AI Profile, it is created using data from specific photographers. So, you do not have to go through the trouble of finding 3,000 images to teach the AI your editing style. 

However, you can fine-tune a purchased profile to work better with your images. Send us the final edits from the projects you edited with the purchased profile. This way, the profile will improve to suit your preferences, like having your own AI profile. You can read more about fine-tuning here

You can also adjust your AI Profile to adjust its specific values.

How it works

Imagen partners with sellers who can showcase and sell their unique profiles through their individual channels. Use the dedicated link from our partners to try out or buy a profile. 

If you're not an Imagener, you need to sign up first.

Coupon codes

If you have a coupon code, use it when you buy the profile. Click the arrow to open up the coupon field, enter the code, and click Activate. After validation, we'll confirm that the coupon has been applied successfully.

After buying the profile, you're prompted to open Imagen, and a popup notification confirms that you purchased a new profile. You'll receive the invoice by email. 

To find your new profile, go to the AI Profiles page. You'll easily find it under the My Profiles tab.

Free edits and credits

As a token of appreciation, we're delighted to reward both our new and existing users. New users kickstart their Imagen journey with 1,500 free edits, while existing users receive a $25 credit with each profile they purchase. 

Profile pricing

When it comes to profile pricing, we let our sellers set their own prices. You can apply coupons for discounts, which makes the profiles more accessible and affordable. All in all, we want to support and encourage our sellers in monetizing their style.

Questions about buying a profile

How do I start editing with the profile I purchased?

To begin editing with the purchased profile, download the Imagen App, log in, and find your profile right on the homepage. It's ready and waiting for you.

Will I be able to share the profile I purchased?

No, the profile is for personal use only.

Can I use Imagen credits to buy a profile?

No, since the seller gets proceeds from the sale, you can’t use Imagen credits to buy it. 

Can I get a refund on my profile purchase?

All sales are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds.

Can I see a preview of the user's profile with my photos before purchasing?

Yes, you can try out the profile before purchasing.

Can I edit with the profile I purchased on several computers simultaneously?

Absolutely! You can edit the purchased profile on multiple computers simultaneously. This feature particularly benefits photography businesses with extensive editing needs across various devices. Just install the Imagen app on your computers, log in with the account used for the profile purchase, and start editing seamlessly.

Can I cancel my Imagen subscription?

If I cancel my Imagen subscription, will I lose access to the profile I purchased?

Yes, canceling your Imagen subscription temporarily removes access to the purchased profile. However, access will be restored once you resubscribe.

What is the Profile Shop?

The Profile Shop is a marketplace of AI editing profiles created by industry-leading photographers. Browse, preview, and purchase profiles to find the perfect editing style for your work—all within Imagen.

Can I test profiles before buying?

Yes. Upload a few photos and see how they look with different profiles before you buy.

What happens after I buy a profile?

After purchase, you'll see a confirmation screen with options to start editing or continue browsing. When you open Imagen, your purchased profile is ready to use.

Are there discounts available?

You'll occasionally see discounted profiles directly on the shop page. We also share special offers through email and social media.

Can I buy multiple profiles at once?

Not yet. Profiles are purchased individually.

Can I use my credits to purchase a profile?

You can't use Imagen credits to buy an AI Profile since the seller gets proceeds from the sale..

Are there other benefits to purchasing a profile?

Yes. Each profile purchase includes $25 in Imagen credits to start editing with your new profile.

Can I adjust the profile I bought?

Yes. Customize the profile settings directly in the Imagen app. Upload your final edited photos to train the profile based on your adjustments, making it closer to your style.

Can I use a profile without the Imagen app?

No. Profiles only work with Imagen.

Do I need a subscription to use a profile?

Yes. You need an active Imagen subscription to use any purchased profile.

How can I learn more about the seller?

Each profile page links to the seller's social media and website to explore their work.

I couldn't find a style I like. What should I do?

Submit a style request [here]. We add new profiles based on what our community wants. You can also explore Imagen Talent profiles [link].

Can I become a seller?

Yes. Apply by submitting a seller request. We review each application based on technical criteria and demand. While we can't accept every profile, we carefully consider each one.

Is my data shared with the seller?

No. Your data is never shared. Sellers only receive anonymous, aggregated performance insights.

What is the refund policy?

Profile purchases are non-refundable since they're digital products that you could have tried out on your photos before purchasing. Our customer success team is here to help with any issues.
