What are annual plans?

Annual plans are 12-month commitment subscriptions that offer lower pricing per edit. They're ideal for photographers with high editing needs who can commit to a set number of edits per year. The bigger the plan, the bigger the discount, making it a cost-effective choice for professionals handling large workloads.

How many edits can I make with my plan?

Our annual plans include 18K, 36K, and 72K edits per year. If you need more, you qualify for an Enterprise Plan, which begins at 150K to 250K yearly edits. Enterprise Plans for more than 100K edits can be tailored.

What is included in an Annual Plan?

The annual plans cover AI edits. You will continue to be charged at the regular pricing for culling and AI tools:

Culling: Monthly or yearly subscription
AI Tools: According to the price of each tool

How will I be charged?

You are charged in 12 fixed monthly installments, covering the total cost of your annual plan. Any AI tools you use are charged separately and listed on your invoice.

For example, let’s say you have a 36K annual plan with monthly installments of $127.50. During any given month, you edit 3,000 photos and use two AI tools, such as Cropping and Subject Mask. Your invoice will be:

Annual Plan installment = $127.50
Cropping ($0.01 per photo) = $30
Subject Mask ($0.01 per photo) = $30
Total = $187.50

Can I spread out the edits over the year?

Your edits can be used in any way that suits your workflow. Here are two common approaches:

Steady workflow: If your editing needs are consistent, you’ll probably use the same number of edits each month. For example, with a 36K plan, you might edit 3,000 photos a month for the entire year.
Seasonal workflow: If your workload varies according to the season, you’ll probably use more edits in some months and fewer or none in others. For example, with a 72K plan, you might edit 12,000 photos for six months and take a break for the rest of the year.

You have the flexibility to use your edits however works best for you.

What happens if I go over the edits in my plan?

If you use more edits than your annual plan includes, the extra edits will be charged at the same discounted rate. These edits will be added to your regular monthly installment, along with any other additional charges.

For example, you are now in the 10th month of the 36K plan and have used up all your edits, but you still need 1,000 each month. Then your monthly billing would look like this:

Annual Plan monthly charge = $127.50
1,000 edits not included in your plan but charged at the discounted price: (1,000 x $0.0425) = $42.50
Total = $170

This means you can continue editing without interruption while benefiting from your plan's discounted pricing.

Can I upgrade my annual plan if I finish the edits before the year ends?

Yes. To upgrade your plan, contact the customer success team. You will be charged for:

The unpaid edits at the discounted price of your plan
Any AI tools you used
The first installment of your new plan

The remaining balance from your previous plan can be split between your new plan’s monthly payments or paid upfront.

Here’s an example:

You’re on the 18K plan at $0.045 per edit, and after 2 months, you’ve already used all 18,000 edits. You’ve paid two installments of $67.50 = $135.

The 18K plan costs $810 (18,000 × $0.045), so you still owe $675. If you split the payment over the remaining months in the year, you’ll owe $56.25 a month.
You decide to upgrade to the 36K plan, which offers a better rate of $0.0425 per edit, with a monthly payment of $127.50.
Your new monthly payment is $127.50 + $56.25 = $183.75/month for 12 months.

You benefit from your new plan’s lower rate and manage the balance in a way that works for you.

Can I cancel my annual plan?

Annual plans are yearly commitments. However, if you must cancel before the year ends, the edits you completed during the plan will be recalculated at the retail price of $0.05 per edit, and you will be charged the difference between what you have paid and the total value of the edits.

For example, you purchased the 18K plan, edited 10,000, and want to cancel after three monthly installments. In that case, you would have paid $202.50, equivalent to 4,050 edits, at the retail price. To cancel before the year ends, you would need to pay $297.5 ((10,000 edits x $0.05) - $202.5)
