What are the benefits of an annual plan?

  • An annual plan is a set number of photo edits you need to use within one year. You get a discounted price per edit, helping you maximize savings while streamlining your workflow.
  • You can use the plan flexibly throughout the year.
  • You'll enjoy the same discount per photo even after the plan's edit limit.

How long is the annual plan?

The plan is a one-year commitment. You pay in 12-monthly installments.

How do I find out how many months I have left on my annual plan?

Within the app, click your initials (bottom left corner of the app) > My Account. Here, you can find all the details about your plan.

What if I don’t use all the edits before my plan ends?

All edits must be used within the 12 months of your plan. If you don’t use all your edits, they don’t roll over to the next year. They will be lost.

What if I need more edits than what I originally signed up for?

You can upgrade your annual plan anytime by contacting the Imagen customer success team.

Can I pause or cancel my annual plan early?

The annual plan can’t be canceled or paused. After your one-year commitment, you can cancel the renewal or go back to our pay-as-you-go plan. 

What happens when the annual plan is complete?

The annual plan is set to auto-renew. However, a month before your plan's end date, you will receive an email from Imagen with the option to upgrade or downgrade to the monthly Pay as You Go (PAYG) plan. If you miss it, you will be sent another reminder email one week before your plan is set for auto-renewal. 

How do I cancel the auto-renewal?

A month before your plan's end date, Imagen will email you with the option to continue on the same plan or change to an alternative plan. You can also cancel the auto renewal using the same email.
If you missed this email, you can cancel the auto-renewal by contacting the Imagen customer success team. 

What if I change my mind and want an annual plan again?

You can always subscribe to an annual plan through the Imagen app by clicking on My Account or contact the Imagen customer success team for assistance anytime. 

I’m a high-volume photographer, and your current plans don’t suit me. What are my options?

We have a custom plan that will fit your needs. Submit a request, and someone from our amazing team will contact you.
