If you edited your photos using Adobe generative AI you won't see these changes in your final PNGs. A fix is in the works, and it will be ready soon.

Use the Background Extraction AI tool for photos of sports teams, school events, and individual portraits, where you want high-res photos with a clean background. Background Extraction works best with photos shot with solid-colored backgrounds. After editing, it creates new PNGs with a transparent background. Note that you can’t publish these photos to a Pic-Time gallery since Pic-Time only supports JPEGs.

1. From the Project page, find your project, and from the 3-dot option menu, click AI tools for final touches.
    
2. Click the + sign to add the Background Extraction AI tool, and then click Add AI tools.
   
    
3. Since Pic-Time doesn't support PNGs, you can only save the final PNGs to your computer. In the Deliver photos window, click Export to a folder.
    
4. Click Upload to upload high-res photos to use the Background Extraction AI tool.
   
    
5. When the photos are uploaded, click Export.
    
6. Click Export to export your photos to the final-photos folder in the folder where your catalog is located.
   
   
   Your photos start to download to the folder.
   
   
    
7. When the download completes, click Open folder to see your photos.
