What is QuickQuote?
QuickQuote is a lightweight tool that helps you create and send professional quotes and contracts in minutes.
As photographers, we know how time-consuming it can be to manually create quotes using Word docs, email back-and-forth, and generic templates. With QuickQuote, you can create branded, professional-looking quotes with customizable pricing and messaging. Your customers receive a link to review and sign online, without an account or software download. You'll get reminders and can track when clients view and sign your contracts.
QuickQuote is part of Imagen Labs, our new initiative to develop tools that work with Imagen to improve your entire photography workflow.
Create your first quote
- Go to https://account.imagen-ai.com/quick-quote to open QuickQuote.
- Click Create Your First Quote to get started.
- Fill in the required fields with the red asterisk to add a customer to QuickQuote.
- Click Next.
- (Optional) Update the message to your customer that will be sent with your quote.
- Click Next, and update the terms of your quote, if necessary.
- Click Send Quote to send the quote to your customer.
Check the status of your quotes
Click Dashboard to see the status of your quotes.
Get back signed quotes
Go to your dashboard. When you see that your quote is signed, find it in the Recent Quotes area, and click View to see it.
Customize your quote
You can customize the quotes according to the photography type. Change the description, add-ons, and terms as you see fit.
- Click Settings to open the templates for your quotes.
- In the Quote Templates area, choose the template to update and make changes.
- Click Save Template.
