How do I access QuickQuote?
Go directly to https://account.imagen-ai.com/quick-quote to start using QuickQuote. It's available as part of your Imagen account.
Where can I check the status of my quotes?
Click Dashboard to see the status of all your quotes. You'll see counters for drafts, sent quotes, viewed quotes, and signed quotes. The Recent Quotes section shows your latest quote activity.
How do I get back signed quotes from customers?
Go to your dashboard and look for quotes marked as "Signed" in the Recent Quotes area. Click View next to any signed quote to see the completed contract.
What information do I need to create a quote?
You need these required fields, which are marked with a red asterisk.
- Customer name
- Customer email
- Service type (wedding, portrait, etc.)
- Base price
- Event date (optional)
- Event location (optional)
You can also add optional services and custom pricing.
Do my customers need an account to view and sign quotes?
No, customers don't need to create an account or download software. They receive a link to review and sign the quote online through their web browser.
