How to fix this

Reconnect external drives

1. Make sure all external drives are connected and powered on.
2. Wait for them to fully mount, and they appear on your desktop.
3. (Windows) Check that the drive letters haven't changed.

Verify photos are on your hard drive or external drive

1. Browse to where your photos should be on your hard drive or external drive.
2. Make sure the photos haven't been moved or deleted.
3. Check if folders have been renamed.

Try creating the project again

1. Start a new project.
2. Browse to confirm file locations.
3. Select a folder you can verify contains your photos.
