Some or all of your photos didn't finish uploading. This is usually caused by the internet connection, security software, or the computer going to sleep.

How to fix this

1. Restart Imagen and try again. Uploads usually pick up where they stopped.
2. Check your internet connection. A wired or strong Wi-Fi connection works best.
3. Turn off any VPN or proxy while you upload.
4. Make sure your firewall or antivirus isn't blocking Imagen. If it is, add Imagen as an allowed app.
5. Keep your computer plugged in, and stop it from going to sleep until the upload is done.
6. For very large shoots, split the photos into a few smaller projects.
7. Make sure you're using the latest version of Imagen.
