We couldn't upload the RAW files. If you have LrC, create Smart Previews. See this Adobe guide. For all Adobe software, try a clean install and installing a DNG converter. See this guide. Then try again.

How to fix this

  1. Create Smart Previews in Lightroom Classic. First, select all photos, and then go to: Library > Previews > Build Smart Previews.
  2. Install the DNG Converter from Adobe.
  3. Clean install Adobe software if problems persist. See this Adobe guide.
  4. Try a different RAW format or convert to DNG first.
