What can I do in the Billing tab?

You can:

  • View your current plan.

  • See invoices.

  • Update payment details.

  • Complete a payment if needed.

I used a coupon for a discount. Was my coupon applied? 

In the app, you see the expected payment before the coupon is applied. Look for this label: Before coupon applied

What will I be charged on my bill?

Mouse over the Before coupon applied label to find out more information about the coupon discount and what you'll be charged.
 

What are the different pricing plans?

We offer 3 editing plans to suit different workflows and needs. See Imagen pricing and plans for more details.

How can I change the currency of my invoice?

Billing currency is assigned automatically based on your IP location at signup. You can't change it yourself. Contact support to change the currency of your invoice. 

How do I update my details?

  1. In the top-right corner of the app, click your initials and then click Account settings
     
  2. Click the User details tab, and make your updates. If you need to change your email, see Change your Imagen email.
     
  3. Click Save changes.

How do I add my VAT ID to my invoice?

  1. In the top-right corner of the app, click your initials and then click Account settings
     
  2. Click the User details tab, and add your VAT ID to your details.

     
  3. Click Save changes. Changes apply to future invoices. Past invoices are not updated automatically. If a past invoice needs to be reissued with the VAT ID, contact support to regenerate it.

When am I charged?

Charges are processed based on your billing cycle: monthly for PAYG and monthly Limitless subscribers, or annually (upfront, in full) for yearly Limitless subscribers.

Where can I manage my billing?

To manage billing, click your initials in the top-right corner of the Imagen app, then select Billing details.
You can also open Account settings and go to the Billing section.

Can I pause, freeze, or suspend my subscription?

Pausing, freezing, or temporarily suspending an Imagen subscription is not currently available.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, you'll receive a notification and have a grace period to update your payment method. See What to do if your payment method is declined.
To complete a payment that didn't go through, click your initials in the top-right corner of the Imagen app, select Billing details, and choose Change.
