Change your Imagen email

When you sign up for Imagen, you use an email address that is part of your Imagen account. You can update the email Imagen uses to contact you. When you update the email, you must confirm the update by opening a verification email sent to the new email account and clicking a button to confirm the change. Until you verify your new email, Imagen continues using your account's current email.

  1. Click your initials in the top-right corner of the Imagen app, and then click Account settings.
     
  2. Click User Details, and then click Change email at the bottom of the window.

     
  3. Enter your new email, and then click Send link to email.

     
  4. Go to the account of the email you just updated, open the verification email, and click the button to confirm your new email for Imagen.

Why isn’t my email updated?

When you update the email, you must confirm the update by opening a verification email sent to the new email account and clicking the button to confirm the change. Until you verify your new email, Imagen continues using your account's current email.
