When your listing is ready, choose which photos to download and how to size them. Use a ready-made option like MLS-ready to get photos that are ready to upload, without exporting them again in Lightroom or another tool.
Choose which photos to download
- In the listing page, click Download all. All the photos in the listing are selected. If you click Download all from the My listings page, the listing opens with all the photos selected.
- Click a photo to deselect it or select it again. The bar at the bottom of the screen shows how many photos are selected, for example 20 of 20 selected. To change the whole selection at once, click Select all or Deselect all.
To change the size or quality of your photos, click Settings. See Choose your download settings.
Your photos download as a ZIP file. The photos you adjusted using the AI Assistant are tagged.
Rename your photos
Give your photos clear, consistent names before you deliver them, instead of the camera's file name. This also keeps information you don't want to share, like your camera's file numbers, out of the files your client gets.
You can rename several photos at once or one photo at a time. The new names show under each photo in the gallery and are used when you download. The file extension always stays the same.
Rename several photos at once
- In the listing page, select the photos you want to rename. To select a range, click the first photo, then hold Shift and click the last one.
- Click More options (⋮) at the top of the page, then click Rename selected. You can also press F2.
- Choose how to name your photos:
- Custom name + number: Your name followed by a number. For example: Listing-001, Listing-002.
- Custom name (x of y): Your name with each photo's place in the set. For example: Listing (1 of 12), Listing (2 of 12).
- Custom name: Your name on every photo. The first photo gets the name as is, and the rest get a number to keep each name unique. For example: Listing, Listing-2.
-
Original name: Changes the selected photos back to their original file names. Use it to undo renaming.
- Enter a name in the Name field. The preview shows how the first and last photos will be named, so you can check the result before you apply it.
- Click Rename.
Photos are numbered in the order they appear in the gallery, not the order you clicked them.
Each photo in a listing needs its own name. If a new name matches a photo that already has it, Imagen adds a number to keep it unique. The preview always shows the exact names you'll get.
Rename one photo
- Double-click the photo to open it in the editor.
- Click the file name at the top of the editor and type a new name. You can't change the file extension.
- Press Enter or click anywhere outside the name to save it.
Before you edit a listing again
If you edit a listing again, all your custom photo names are reset to the original file names. Rename your photos after the new edit is ready.
Choose your download settings
- In the listing's More options menu, click Download settings.
- Click the option that fits where your photos are going. Max resolution is selected by default.
- Max resolution: Full-size photos at the best JPEG quality (98) and 300 PPI, with no file size limit. Use it for print or archiving.
- MLS-ready: Photos up to 2K, high JPEG quality (92), and 72 PPI, with each photo under 5 MB. Use it for most MLS listings.
- Web & social: Photos up to 1200 px, web JPEG quality (80), and 72 PPI, with no file size limit. Use it for websites and social media.
-
Custom: Set each option yourself. To learn more, see Set custom download settings.
- Close the settings and click Download photos.
Your settings apply to all the photos in this download. All photos download in the sRGB color space.
Set custom download settings
- In the download settings, click Custom.
- Choose your settings:
- JPEG quality: Best (98), High (92), or Web (80).
- Max resolution: The longest edge of the photo. Choose 6K, 4K, 2K, or 1200 px.
- PPI: 72 for screens or 300 for print.
- Max file size: Optional. Enter the largest size you want for each photo, in MB.
If you change a setting in Max resolution, MLS-ready, or Web & social, the option switches to Custom.
How size and resolution limits work
- Max resolution is a limit, not a target. Photos that are smaller than the max resolution keep their original size. Imagen never makes them bigger.
- Max file size applies to each photo, not to the whole ZIP file. Imagen lowers the JPEG quality of a photo as needed to keep it under the limit.
- A file size limit can slow down large downloads. When you set a max file size, you'll see a note in the download settings.
