What file formats are supported?

You can upload JPEG and RAW files. All output is delivered as final JPEG.

Can I create a Personal AI Profile in the web app?

No. You can use an existing Personal AI Profile that was created in the Imagen desktop app, but you can't create a new one from the web app.

Is the web app only available for subscribers?

Yes. The web app is currently available exclusively to B2B customers with a contract with Imagen. Access is included as part of a custom annual agreement, typically priced based on your company's expected photo volume per year.

Can trial users access the web app?

Yes. Users who sign up via the web app get a 250-photo trial, sized to match real estate project volumes.

Do I need the Imagen desktop app installed?
