Photos that can't be uploaded to Profile Showcase can usually be fixed by installing the Adobe DNG Converter, which makes sure your original photos are processed correctly.

Install Adobe DNG Converter

Download and install the latest version of the Adobe DNG Converter for your operating system. Reinstall the DNG Converter. Windows: adobe.com/go/dng_converter_win or Mac: adobe.com/go/dng_converter_mac 

Once installed, restart your browser and try uploading your photos again.

Sony ARW files

Certain newer Sony RAW (ARW) files, such as those from the Sony A7V, may still fail to upload after installing the converter. We're working on a fix.

Temporary workaround: Convert your ARW files to DNG format on your computer before uploading them to Profile Showcase. Use the DNG Converter to do this.
