Training an AI Profile typically completes within 24 hours. If more than 24 hours have passed, this is longer than expected.

AI Profile statuses

• Uploading photos: Metadata is uploaded from the photos.
• Profile in training: Training is in progress.
• Ready to use: AI Profile is complete and can be used for editing.

Email notifications

An email is sent when training completes successfully or when a training issue is detected. If training can't be completed, the email explains the reason and next steps. If more than 24 hours have passed with no status change and no email received, check your spam folder or ask our team.

Reasons why training may not be completed

If your AI Profile isn't trained within 24 hours, it is probably for one of these reasons:

• Photos appear unedited, and no Adobe editing adjustments were detected.
• Missing or inconsistent metadata
• Mixed profiles across training photos
• Not enough valid edited photos. You need at least 2,000 photos.
• Unsupported file types included in the training set.
