Why was my account suspended? I’m based in India.

Regulations of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) block recurring payments, which means Imagen can't always collect automated payments from customers based in India.

We can accept payments, but it requires a manual process. We monitor affected accounts and can usually prevent any interruption to your service. Occasionally, though, our automated payment system will attempt to collect payment, be blocked by the RBI policy, and suspend your account. This is more likely to happen with new customers.

If your account is suspended, ask our team for help, and we'll get you up and editing again right away.
