View and manage your team's listings

  • Updated

If you manage a team of photographers in Imagen for real estate, My team's listings gives you one place to see and work on every listing your team is editing, without signing in to each photographer's account.

This tab is admin-only. Most photographers won't see it. It's built for studio owners and team leads who need visibility across their whole team, not for individual photographers working on their own listings.

Who can see this tab

My team's listings only appears in the sidebar for admins on a team account. If you manage photographers and don't see this tab, ask our team to set up admin access for your account.

What you can do here

As an admin, you can do almost everything for a teammate's listing that they can do themselves:

  • View every listing that belongs to photographers on your team.
  • Open a listing's gallery.
  • Edit a listing with any editing action available in the app, the same as its owner can.
  • Download photos and listings.

The one thing you can't do is start a brand-new listing on a teammate's behalf. To create a listing, a photographer creates it from their own account.

Which listings show up

My team's listings shows listings from active team members only. If a photographer leaves your team or their account is deactivated, their listings drop off this view.

Only listings created in the last 14 days appear. Older listings still exist and are still editable from the photographer's own account, but they won't show up here.

Archived and deleted listings never appear in My team's listings, even if they were created recently.

Browse and search your team's listings

Photographers are listed with their most recently active first. The first photographer on the list is expanded automatically, so you can see their listings right away. Every other photographer is collapsed, showing just their name, email, and listing count, until you click to expand them. Click Expand all to open every photographer at once.

Each time you come back to My team's listings, it resets to this default view. It doesn't remember which photographers you had expanded or where you'd scrolled to.

Within each photographer, listings are sorted newest first.

To find a specific listing, search by photographer name, email, or listing name. Search works across your entire team, not just the photographers you have expanded. When a search matches a photographer or one of their listings, that photographer expands automatically so you can see the match.

Good to know before you edit a teammate's listing

If you and a teammate happen to edit the same listing at the same time, Imagen doesn't merge the changes or warn either of you that someone else is in there. Whichever edit is saved last is the one that sticks. Coordinate with your team before editing the same listing together to avoid overwriting each other's work.
