How to fix this

1. Try again. A one-off read problem, often from an external drive, can cause this.
2. Open the photos in another viewer. If a photo won't open or looks broken, copy it again from the memory card or your backup.
3. If your photos are on an external or network drive, copy them to your computer's local drive, and try again.
4. If one photo keeps failing, remove it from the project, and upload the rest.
