What to do if an upload fails

If you encounter any issues uploading photos using the new Imagen version (V5), please first make sure that you have the latest version installed.

Mac users, be sure to allow file and folder permissions as shown here.

If the problem persists, please contact our support team for further assistance.
We are aware of a few bugs in the uploading process and are working on fixing them as soon as possible.
