How do I cancel my subscription?

This guide covers what you lose if you cancel and how to cancel for each subscription type. You don't need to cancel if you are a trial user.

Before you cancel

If you're thinking about canceling, let's talk first. We're here to help you with your workflow and any other issues you have. We hope to change your mind.

What you'll lose if you cancel

  • Personal AI Profiles
  • Unused credits in your account
  • Projects backed up in Cloud Storage (deleted 30 days after cancellation)

Subscription types

Pay-as-you-go

To cancel your subscription, open Imagen, click your initials at the top-right corner, and then go to Account settings > Billing. Click Cancel subscription, and complete the steps. At the end of the process, you'll see confirmation that your account is canceled.

Flat-fee

If you cancel, you won't be charged at your next payment date. You can still use Imagen until then. To cancel your subscription, open Imagen, click your initials at the top-right corner, and then go to My Account > Billing. Click Stop auto-renewal, then follow the steps to stop your subscription from renewing automatically. Your account remains active until you complete all the steps to cancel it.

Flat-fee subscriptions are currently only available in Australia and Great Britain.

Culling

If you cancel culling, you can still use it until your next payment date. To cancel your culling subscription, click your initials at the top-right corner of the app, and then go to My Account > Billing. Under Culling, click Cancel subscription.

Annual plan

If you want to cancel an annual plan, contact us.

How do I cancel my trial?

You don't need to cancel a trial. As long as you haven't made a payment, you don't have a subscription, and you don't need to cancel.
