Imagen requires an Internet connection to work

The solutions mentioned here will make sure that your internet connection is working properly, and that an app or service is not blocking Imagen.

Solution #1:

Check your internet connection and make sure that everything is working correctly.

If you are on a WiFi network, make sure that it does not have restrictions.

Try changing your WiFi network, and try again.

Solution #2 (Windows only):

If you have a firewall, add Imagen to your Allowed apps.

  1. Select the Start menu, type Allow an app through Windows Firewall, and select it from the list of results.

  2. Select Change settings. You might be asked for an administrator password or to confirm your choice.

  3. To add an app, select the check box next to the app, or select Allow another app and enter the path for the Imagen app, then select OK.

  4. Then select OK.

Solution #3:

Some antivirus software blocks Imagen. Add Imagen to your antivirus whitelist.

Solution #4:

VPN networks might not allow a connection to Imagen.

If you work with a VPN connection, make an exception for Imagen or use your regular internet connection.
