Sometimes, when troubleshooting issues, our customer success team might ask you to perform a clean install, which re-installs Imagen without files that might be causing problems.

1. Open Imagen, click your profile at the bottom left of the screen, and then click My Account.
   
   
   
2. Click About Imagen at the bottom of the screen. A window with the Imagen version opens.
   
   
   
3. Check the Imagen version. If it's 24.8.9 and up, continue to the next step. If the Image version is below 24.8.9, install the latest version, and start this procedure again.
   
   
4. Close the Imagen version window, but stay in the My Account window.
   
   
5. (Windows and Mac) Press these keys together: Shift + Control + Q.
   
   
   
6. Click Clean install to download the installation package.
   
   
   
7. Install Imagen when prompted.
