Sometimes, after you grant Instagram permission to connect to Imagen, you might get a 400 Session Invalid error. This is an Instagram error that occurs when Instagram can't authorize your account.
Quick fixes
- In your browser, delete cookies and cache. Open Imagen and connect Instagram to Imagen.
- Log out of Instagram and close your browser and phone app. Log back into Instagram. Open Imagen and connect Instagram to Imagen.
- If these steps didn't work, continue to Reauthorize your Instagram account to connect to Imagen.
Reauthorize your Instagram account to connect to Imagen
If the Quick fixes didn't resolve the connection issue, try these steps:
- Go to your Instagram account, and click Edit profile.
- Go to Website permissions > Apps and websites.
- Find ImagenAI-IG, and click Remove.
- A pop-up prompts you to remove Imagen. Click Remove to remove the Imagen integration from your Instagram account. This doesn’t remove your Imagen account.
- Open the Imagen app and connect your Instagram account to Imagen. You must accept all these permissions to connect Instagram to Imagen.
